Dr. Tiffany Moat practices practices with Arizona Pain Specialists in their Glendale, Arizona office. She is Board Certified to practice chiropractic as well as physiologic therapeutics. Dr. Tiffany Moat is a native of Arizona and currently resides in Scottsdale. For her undergraduate degree, she initiated her studies at Arizona State University and completed her curriculum at Logan University in St. Louis, where she received a Bachelor in Life Sciences.
Dr. Chance Moore earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Washington. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Moore has previously practiced in multi-disciplinary settings treating various professional athletes and Olympians. Chance Moore is one of the only chiropractors in the state of Arizona to be accepted as a member of NASS.
Dr. Kaitlin Bowen is Board Certified and licensed to practice Chiropractic and physiotherapy in Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic, magna cum laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she also received a Diagnosis Certificate of Merit. During her time at Palmer she was honored to be able to travel to Manaus Brazil to treat many people who did not have access to chiropractic care. Dr. Bowen is a native of Arizona and graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Dr. Froerer is a board certified chiropractic physician. He graduated from Utah Valley University as well as Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Froerer has practiced in California and Arizona and is licensed by the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He holds board certified specialties of both physiotherapy and medical acupuncture. Dr. Froerer is a fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (IAMA).
Dr. Nicole Kibler graduated summa cum laude from New York Chiropractic College after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. She has practiced chiropractic in New York and Arizona and is licensed by the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She holds the board-certified specialty of Physiotherapy. Dr. Kibler has a fellowship in Acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
Dr. Michael Jacobson practices with Arizona Pain Specialists in their downtown Phoenix and Desert Ridge offices. He is Board Certified in chiropractic and physiotherapy. Dr. Jacobson received his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College and also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University.
Dr. Donald Bernard practices with Arizona Pain in their Chandler office. He holds a board-certified specialty in physiotherapy and a fellowship in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Bernard graduated from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri where he received his Bachelors Degree and Doctorate in Chiropractic.
