She specializes in providing safe and effective chiropractic care to people of all ages and uses the most advanced chiropractic techniques available today.

Dr. Kibler is certified in Active Release Technique (ART). ART is a soft tissue movement based technique which is one of the most comprehensive and highly effective techniques that significantly shortens the time for healing for pain caused by repetitive strain injuries and sprain/strain type injuries to muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and nerve entrapments. ART is very effective for treatment of carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, rotator cuff, hand conditions (numbness/tingling), sciatic nerve, sprain/strains of the neck, low back conditions, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis.

Dr. Kibler utilizes innovative treatment options to include Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and Flexion Distraction for disc injuries, facet disorders, and sciatica. Gua Sha is a traditional oriental healing technique that is valuable in the treatment of acute and chronic disorders using specially designed instruments to specifically detect and effectively break down adhesions, scar tissue, and fascial restrictions with resulting improved circulation, flexibility, and range of motion. She uses a variety of Spinal Manipulation techniques by-hand and with use of an Activator instrument to the affected joints and tissues, allowing mobility to be restored which alleviates pain and muscle tightness, and allows tissues to heal. To complement and enhance the healing effects of Dr. Kibler’s specific chiropractic treatment, she may use therapeutic modalities including cold laser therapy, interferential stimulation, trigger point therapy, superficial heat, and cryotherapy. In addition, kinesiotaping, corrective care exercises, and gait analysis may be used to improve the effectiveness of your treatment.

Dr. Kibler’s clinical focus is family health and wellness with specialty in pain management. She has extensive experience working in the integrated healthcare setting with medical physicians specializing in anesthesiology, physical medical and rehab, and neurology.
