This can only be achieved when the patient and the provider establish a working relationship and accumulate tools that the patient may apply appropriately when experiencing various types of pain. Therefore, it is important to develop an individualized treatment chest to draw from.

When Bridget is not working she enjoys time with her family, all outdoor activities and nature. She is an avid reader and considers herself an enthusiastic lifelong learner.
