Meaghan loves being able to change lives everyday. She was a patient for three months when she was 16 years old (in a coma and on life support). She personally knows how challenging it can be to come back from these things from first-hand experience. Meaghan had health care providers that changed her life by the way they treated her as a person, not just as a patient and now she wants to be able to do this for others.
