Natalie-DegroffNatalie DeGroff, FNP-C studied at the University of Arizona – Tucson where she received a Bachelors in Science of Nursing.

She then went on to specialize as a Family Nurse Practitioner while gaining her Masters of Science in Nursing at Regis University in Colorado.

Natalie believes in assisting patient’s as their health partner rather than provider.

She enjoys helping patient’s learn how to be proactive in their own health and take steps towards improving their health and overall function.


Arizona Pain (Interventional Pain Management Practice) – Phoenix, AZ

Family Nurse Practitioner

  • Providing multimodal care with an emphasis on interventional pain procedures for acute and chronic pain management patient population.
  • Conducting and managing 75-90 patient clinic visits per week in outpatient setting.
  • Close collaboration with Anesthesia and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Attending Physicians.
