Surprise Pain Management Clinic
In an effort to better accommodate our patients from Surprise, Sun City, and Peoria we are proud to announce the opening of our Surprise, Arizona, pain management clinic.
This office is located near the Texas Rangers’ and Kansas City Royals’ spring training facilities and is accessible from the 101 Freeway on Bell Road. The clinic will initially begin seeing new patients on Thursdays and will be staffed by a highly-experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant who works in conjunction with Dr. Patrick Hogan and Dr. Adam Wuollett. As the clinic grows we will expand our services to additional days of the week.
Enter any Arizona Pain Specialists office and you will be warmly greeted with a smile by one of our friendly front office staff. Everyone on staff at the Surprise office has received the highest accolades for their compassionate patient care.
They will assist you with the check-in process, ensuring that your insurance information is correct and that we have your correct medical history. At Arizona Pain Specialists we focus on a team approach to managing chronic pain.
Your care team may include medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractic physicians, anesthesiologists, and physical medicine specialists.
You can relax in our gracious waiting area and read Arizona Pain Monthly, a magazine distributed by the practice for patient education. Soon after you arrive, you are taken to an exam room by one of our caring and helpful medical assistants. The medical assistant will gather important information such as your pulse, temperature, current medication list, as well as review your medical concerns.
A compassionate, knowledgeable, and well-trained nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant will then introduce themselves to you and conduct a comprehensive pain-focused history and physical examination. The nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant will relay pertinent information to the physician while establishing your plan of care and ordering any necessary testing.
The physician reviews, oversees and approves your individualized treatment plan to be carried out during future visits.
If you are a candidate for a pain-relieving and minimally-invasive procedure, that procedure will be performed by the physician at one of our state-of-the-art surgery centers.
Currently in the West Valley, our procedure center is located just off the 101 Freeway and Union Hills Drive.
We look forward to meeting you!
