Arizona Pain Specialists is the leading pain management clinic in the state of Arizona with Locations in the Phoenix area; Including Scottsdale, Glendale, and Chandler. A multi-disciplinary clinic, we create an individualized treatment plan for each patient. Your treatment plan may include procedures in our state-of-the-art procedure center and chiropractic care, while another patient will be able to utilize acupuncture and biofeedback. At Arizona Pain Specialists, we treat each patient as an individual – no two patients are the same.
Insurance Infomation
Arizona Pain Specialists accepts most major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, and Workman’s Compensation.
Our office staff will work with you to explain your insurance benefits to you which often involves out of network benefits. We will work with you to make sure that if you are out of network we set up a plan that makes it affordable for you to see us. Please view the full list of insurances excepted.

At Arizona Pain Specialists, we take pride in our focus on patient education.
