I am writing this note to you to thank you for your obvious and genuine concern about my feelings as your patient. Your comprehensive and somewhat holistic approach to pain therapy has been a tremendous experience for me. In over thirty years of living with extreme and acute pain (and sometimes quite debilitating) pain, I have never experienced the level of concern and confidence that you put forth for my benefit.
Every member of your staff needs to be commended also for their ability to take something new (and somewhat scary) to me, and create an atmosphere of comfort and concern for each of the patients needs (no matter how trivial).
From the wonderful young ladies that fill the position of “Directors of first impressions” when you first walk through the doors (even at 6:30 in the morning) to the caring staff that works inside and out of the “procedure” room, all the caring people that staff the Chiropractic area, the PA’s, nurses and even the billing and followup staff seem to genuinely care about the patients needs and concerns.
I am a small business owner and have to be able to empathize with my clients needs and fears, so I believe I am qualified to say that your group has chosen very wisely which people to have in what positions to accomplish the daunting task of making your patients feel comfortable. I know from experience how difficult it can be to constantly be working with people that suffer from excruciating pain. (Sometime we can be a big pain for anyone that is around us).
