My BVN ablation procedure was truly a game changer for me. I’ve lived with chronic lower back pain for nearly 40 years following an accident in the military when I was in my 20s. Over the past several years, the pain has continued to worsen, and honestly, I had reached the point where I didn’t think there was going to be a real solution. Then Katie told me about the BVN ablation procedure, and I decided to move forward with it. Two weeks later, my pain is probably about 10% of what it was before the procedure. The improvement has been remarkable. I would highly recommend both this procedure – If you’re a candidate - and this office to anyone struggling with chronic lower back pain. Kudos to Katie, Dr. Ray, and the entire AZ Pain team in Gilbert for their outstanding care and support.The level of care and attention I received was exceptional, and I always felt listened to and supported throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Voisin and his team to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly puts patient care first. Then, I brought her to Dr. Frogley, Dr. Jensen, and Rachel at Arizona Pain in Anthem. I had to help her going into her first appointment because she was in such bad pain and could barely walk. After just ONE VISIT, she joked that she was ready to go dancing. She started tearing up with gratitude and thanked the providers over and over again.

I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience so far. Dr. Bryan Sims (chiropractor) has been extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything and really focuses on getting to the root of the issue instead of just temporary relief. Paul Morris, the nurse practitioner in pain management, has also been great to work with. He listens, takes concerns seriously, and works with you to find the best treatment plan without making you feel rushed or dismissed. Physical therapy has been just as positive — the team is attentive, encouraging, and really helps guide you through the process while making sure you’re doing things correctly. After dealing with ongoing pain, it’s a relief to finally feel like I have a team that actually listens and is working together to help me improve. Looking forward to continuing care here

This is best pain clinic! They really listen to you, treat you with respect and are always looking to find ways to help. I highly recommend this pain clinic, it’s the best in the valley 🙂

From my initial visit until now, the care that I have received has been absolutely amazing. I have been in a lot of pain in my back and also my hip and they are intentional at creating a game plan for both areas and jumping in as they see fit. I feel instantly comfortable within the clinic and with the doctors! I highly recommend using this place for any pain and wellness care, including chiropractic care. My pain was nearly always at a 10+ and I was limited in my usual social activities. My primary care doctor recommended AZ Pain and although I was concerned that they’d just try to “push pain meds”, I was SO wrong. In fact that was never even suggested. I went to the AZ Pain office on Warner Road in Chandler AZ and between Keata and Dr Christopher Ray we decided to have the MILD procedure done. I can’t say enough about these two incredible health care professionals. Their concern, compassion and care made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but family. In fact at the surgery center where the procedure was performed, the entire staff was the same way. I wish I could remember all of their names, but special thanks to Michael, who is a magician when it comes to getting an IV in tiny old veins with no problem at all!
